Together with our subcontractors, we achieve wonders – both indoors and outdoors.

We collaborate with a dedicated network of skilled partners who contribute to the success of our projects every day. Our partners include transporters, machinists, stonemasons, plumbers, construction workers, carpenters, gardeners and many more.

We are currently looking for experienced subcontractors in plumbing, ventilation, cooling, and water and ground works , with a particular focus on piping work, installations and technical systems.

Our requirements and expectations

What all our subcontractors have in common is that they share Flowline's core values ​​and follow our code of conduct.

In addition, the following basic requirements apply:

  • Stable finances, registered employer and no debts to the public sector.
  • Follow Flowline's general or project-specific safety and security rules, including requirements for protective equipment and high-visibility clothing.
  • Submitted the form "UE2021" (if not bound by a construction agreement).
  • Submitted the "Fair Construction" form for projects where the City of Stockholm or its companies are the end customer.
  • All personnel must have completed the "Safe Construction Training" course at BUC (free of charge).

  • All staff must have ID06 cards and register their presence at the workplace.
  • Reverse charge VAT applies to construction services.
  • Payment terms: 30 days from receipt of invoice.

Quality, warranty and responsibility

To ensure the highest quality in our projects, the following also applies:

Warranty commitments
All subcontractors must comply with the applicable warranty terms for each project and product. Any warranty work must be carried out promptly and at no cost to Flowline or the client.

Self-checks and documentation
Self-inspections shall be performed and documented according to the project requirements. UE is responsible for submitting complete documentation, drawings, and operating and maintenance instructions.

Certificates and authorizations
All personnel must have the necessary certificates and authorizations for the work in question, e.g. Safe Water, INCERT or equivalent.

Environment and sustainability
Flowline protects the environment. Our subcontractors must follow environmental requirements and procedures and contribute to reduced environmental impact through efficient resource use, waste management and energy-efficient working methods.

Timetable and communication
UE must respect project schedules, notify any delays in a timely manner, and participate in construction meetings when required.

Insurance
The subcontractor must have valid liability insurance that covers any damage to persons or property during the contract period.

Privacy and brand loyalty
Everyone who works on our projects represents Flowline and is expected to act professionally towards customers and partners.
