Experienced Estimator / Tender Manager HVAC sought for Flowline

Do you want a key role in HVAC projects where you manage finances and tenders from start to finish? Flowline is looking for an estimator / tender manager with solid experience in estimating, tendering, and contract law who can ensure competitive and profitable projects.

About the role

As an estimator / tender manager at Flowline, you will have primary responsibility for preparing accurate and competitive estimates, writing tenders, and monitoring financial risks in projects. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, contractors, and municipalities to ensure that our projects meet both financial and legal requirements.

Your main duties:

• Prepare estimates and cost calculations for HVAC projects
  
• Responsible for tendering, including pricing strategy and documentation
  
• Ensure that estimates and tenders comply with ABT 06, AB 04, and contract law
  
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  
• Risk assessment and follow-up of financial and contractual matters
  
• Contribute to process development and improved estimation methods
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in estimating and tendering within the HVAC or construction industry
  
• Is well-versed in contract law, ABT 06, and AB 04
  
• Has strong financial understanding and experience in budget and cost tracking
  
• Is analytical, meticulous, and can manage estimates and tenders effectively
  
• Has experience collaborating with project managers, contractors, and municipal stakeholders
