QES Policy
This QES policy forms the basis for how Flowline Sverige AB systematically and integrally works with Quality, Environment, and Safety across all our business areas. The policy applies to all employees, subcontractors, and partners involved in our assignments.
QES work is not a separate activity – it is a natural and inherent part of our daily operations and a non-negotiable prerequisite for us to deliver safe, sustainable, and high-performing projects.
Quality Policy
Flowline Sverige AB shall always deliver technical solutions and services of high and consistent quality that exceed customer expectations and meet all relevant legal requirements, regulatory provisions, and industry standards.
We ensure quality by:
- Designing and planning each assignment based on technical requirements, function, economics, lifecycle cost, and sustainability
- Performing installations according to applicable norms, standards, and industry regulations, with a focus on precision and traceability
- Ensuring that the correct materials, methods, and equipment are used through systematic supplier qualification
- Conducting rigorous self-inspections, functional tests, and complete documentation
- Ensuring traceability and a structured, professional handover to the customer
- Working proactively with deviation management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements
- Following up on projects during the warranty period and beyond to ensure long-term operational reliability and customer satisfaction

Environmental Policy
Flowline Sverige AB conducts its operations with a clear and measurable environmental responsibility. We work actively and purposefully to minimize our negative environmental impact at all stages of our projects.
We undertake to:
- Comply with and exceed applicable environmental legislation and governmental requirements
- Plan and execute work to minimize resource consumption, waste, and emissions
- Prioritize energy-efficient, eco-labeled, and circular technical solutions
- Apply strict procedures for waste management, source separation, and recycling
- Ensure proper handling, documentation, and traceability of chemicals, oils, and refrigerants
- Perform work related to water and sewage, stormwater, and environmental technology with a specific focus on protecting soil, groundwater, and surface water
- Prevent environmental risks through risk analyses in design, excavation, installation, and operation
Environmental consideration is an integrated part of design, implementation, and maintenance – not an add-on.
Occupational Health and Safety Policy
Flowline Sverige AB shall offer a safe, healthy, and inclusive working environment where risks are prevented through systematic, proactive, and engaging occupational health and safety efforts.
We actively work to:
- Comply strictly with the Work Environment Act and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations
- Identify, risk-assess, and plan all work tasks before production begins
- Conduct detailed work preparations for high-risk tasks (lifting, excavation, pressurized systems, cooling, etc.)
- Ensure that the correct personal protective equipment, tools, and machinery are always used
- Prevent accidents, incidents, and musculoskeletal injuries through behavior-focused interventions
- Report, investigate, and follow up on all deviations, incidents, and accidents with a focus on learning and preventive measures
Safety always takes precedence over schedule and economy.
BAS-P and BAS-U
Flowline Sverige AB gladly assumes the role of BAS-P (Work Environment Coordinator for Planning and Design) and BAS-U (Work Environment Coordinator for Execution) in accordance with the Work Environment Act and AFS 1999:3.
In these roles, we are responsible for:
- Integrating work environment issues already in the planning and design phase
- Identifying, assessing, and preventing all risks before production commences
- Establishing an up-to-date, live, and communicated work environment plan
- Coordinating work environment efforts effectively among all actors at the workplace
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and routines throughout the execution phase
Through professional coordination and clear structures, we create well-organized, safe, and efficient workplaces.
Competence, Responsibility, and Collaboration
- Our employees shall always have the right training, experience, authorization, and certification for their work tasks
- Management has overall responsibility for ensuring that QES work is implemented, embedded, and followed up
- All subcontractors and partners shall meet Flowline Sverige's QES requirements and applicable legislation
- Collaboration with customers, clients, and other stakeholders takes place openly, structured, and with high professionalism
Continuous Improvements
Flowline Sverige AB works systematically with improvement through:
- Regular project evaluations and results analyses
- Structured feedback and root cause analysis of deviations
- Ongoing development of routines, methods, tools, and technical solutions
- Competence development and training of employees
QES work is a central driving force for sustainable projects, safe workplaces, and the highest possible customer satisfaction.
Validity
This QES policy applies to the entire operations of Flowline Sverige AB and will be revised at least once a year or upon significant changes to ensure continued relevance, compliance, and development.
